Why We Don't Use Yelp

Yelp has removed over 600 5 star reviews that Christian Brothers Moving has earned. This began a dozen years ago and it was when we refused their offer of advertising.

We told them their package looked very good, however we couldn’t take on any more business at that time.

The very next day we went from a 5 star moving company to a 2 star moving company on Yelp. We have continued getting 5 star reviews but they are instantly removed. We have contacted them so many times and have gotten nowhere. We even hired an attorney that reached out to them but we didn’t get a response.

Twice, when upper management was involved they said that after digging into this, they learned we have been flagged and they have never seen anything like this before. They then told us that they could no longer talk to us and cut off all communication. So Bizarre!

Many of these negative Yelp reviews are from people that we have never even heard of and never moved before. If you bring legal action against Yelp they will hit you with many lawsuits in return and put you out of business every time. There was a company named YelpSucks.com that provided help to the companies that this had happened to and they were sued and taken down as well.

Other than Yelp we have more 5 star reviews with all other review sites then any other moving company in Colorado.
